Returns and exchanges

7 days to return

You can return or exchange an item within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions

The item must be unworn and unwashed, with all labels and the original packaging.

Items we can't take back

• Swimwear and underwear, for hygiene reasons.
• Items that were altered for you, such as a changed length.

How to return

1. Email info@mystez.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return or exchange.
2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Pack the items securely and send them with a tracked service.

Shipping costs

Return shipping is paid by you. If an item arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered, we cover the return shipping.

Refunds

We refund you within 10 days after the return arrives with us, using the same payment method you paid with. Your bank may take longer to show the money in your account, in some cases up to 30 days.
